AuxDock

Th' AuxDock™ be a performance surface that slides up from th' bottom o' th' screen and turns yer device into a live music rig, savvy? Guitar effects pedals, a keyboard, a chord arpeggiator, ambient tracks, a drum machine, vocal processor, multitrack mixer, and more all live here so ye can work on yer tone without losin' yer place, matey. Blimey, every change ye make get saved with th' song ye be on so there be no more fiddlin' with knobs and buttons between songs, Arrr!

Unlock Th' Dock

Th' AuxDock be unlocked by th' OnSong® AuxBox — th' audio interface that integrates all yer gear on stage. Plug in an AuxBox and th' AuxDock appears in yer Widgets Menu from then on, savvy? Just open th' Additions Menu from th' menubar, choose th' Widgets tab, and toggle th' AuxDock option that appears.

Th' AuxDock will automatically open when ye connect yer AuxBox. Ye can change this settin' in th' AuxDock Menu by togglein' th' Open When Connected option.

Handle Bar

Th' top o' th' AuxDock be called th' handle bar. It has a minimize button, a grabber handle, and an options button.

Minimize Button

Th' left most button be used t' minimize th' dock. Tap it t' drop th' dock down until only th' handle bar appears. Tap on th' handle bar t' bring th' AuxDock back into view.

Grabber Bar

In th' middle o' th' handle bar be th' grabber bar. Drag anywhere on th' dock t' shrink or expand th' AuxDock by removin' or addin' panels.

Options Button

On th' right side o' th' handle bar be th' options button. Tap t' open th' AuxDock Menu where ye can control what appears in th' AuxDock and how it looks.

T' close th' AuxDock completely, use th' Close button in th' menu or toggle th' AuxDock on and off in th' Widgets Menu.

Tabs

Tabs be a saved arrangement o' th' dock that include which panels be showin', in what order, and th' tone that goes with 'em. Switchin' tabs shows different sets o' panels so that "I be playin' guitar this song" and "I be coverin' keys on th' next one" be one tap away, matey!

Th' default AuxDock starts ye with eight tabs, each built around a job: Guitar, Keys, Pads, Chords, Vocals, Drums, Tracks and Mixer. Ye can rename 'em, recolor 'em, add yer own, and delete th' ones ye never use usin' th' Tabs Panel.

Panels

Panels be th' horizontal band inside th' dock. Tabs can combine these t' create more interestin' features. Fer instance, th' Keys tab be comprised o' both a Toneboard and a Keyboard that work together, savvy? A tab can show one panel or several stacked together, and each panel can be switched on and off independently from th' panels section o' th' AuxDock menu.

Panels always stack in th' same order no matter which ones ye switch on, so th' dock never rearranges itself under yer fingers, Arrr! Use Rearrange… option in th' menu if ye'd like a different order.
