How it works

Arrr, Contact support with yer order number and tell us why it be comin’ back. We’ll email ye a return number and a link t’ a prepaid USPS label.
Print th’ label from that link, pack th’ AuxBox with everythin’ it came with, and drop it off at any post office.
When it arrives we inspect it and refund ye t’ yer original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

If ye already had an OnSong subscription, it returns t’ th’ billin’ schedule it had before th’ gift card — so yer next payment may come sooner than th’ gift card had pushed it.

When th’ 30 days start

Th’ 30 days count from th’ day yer order be delivered. Fer a purchase made in person from our crew, they count from th’ day o’ purchase.

After that

We don’t accept returns after 30 days, but yer warranty still covers defects — contact support and we’ll make it right, savvy?
