OnSong 2024.7

OnSong 2024.7 has not yet been released. The following items have been added, changed or fixed:

ADDITIONS

  • Added the ability to auto reverse video as a repeat option.
  • Added the ability to transfer the library from OnSong 2020 to OnSong 2024 using the existing restore library dialog.
  • Added a prompt when there's not enough storage and option the account manage store page as an option.
  • Added a search bar to the Books tab in the Organizer menu.
  • Added the ability to import CSV files for multiple songs.

Changes

  • Changed OnSong Drive to automatically and permanently delete files when they are deleted.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the restore backup screen will not open unless there are cloud backups even when OnSong 2020 is installed and a transfer could occur.
  • Fixed an issue where parenthesis used for optional chords are not transposed in the new renderer.
  • Fixed an issue where background motion graphics won't loop when using the looper.
  • Fixed an issue where switching to the pan tool when drawing allows navigating through causing inconsistent behavior.
  • Fixed an issue where toggling transposition was not effecting change in the new renderer.
  • Fixed an issue where the base tier of Pro is not being transferred to 2024.
  • Fixed an issue when downloading SongSelect PDF songs in Nashville where the ChordPro file is provided in Nashville and then not handled properly.
  • Fixed an issue where the number of sections in the new renderer was not equal to the number determined by the song when using tablature sections which exposed inconsistent selection behavior when using the new renderer.
  • Fixed an issue when selecting to backup to File Sharing that OnSong Cloud is selected instead.
  • Fixed an issue with searching SongSelect song with international characters such as umlauts.
  • Fixed an issue where the machine/model of the device is not specific enough, especially when using a Mac.
  • Fixed an issue where storage information overwrites the screen name field in the account details screen.
  • Fixed an issue where text formatting would not function correctly in the Czech language due to dual translations with a slash.
  • Fixed an issue where the the MIDI Clock will stop sending if a song with no tempo is encountered and the MIDI clock is set to stop after a period of time.
  • Fixed an issue where printing a certain file causes a hang due to pagination.
  • Fixed an issue where copyright information prints over the bottom lyrics of lyrics on PDF documents.
  • Fixed an issue where the order of individually exported via are attached in the wrong order when emailing sets.
  • Fixed an issue where autoscroll is scrolling using two columns when using the original renderer.
  • Fixed an issue where the stage monitor display would not align scrolled sections to the top of the external display.
  • Fixed a possible crash condition when importing a PDF file from Dropbox.
  • Fixed a possible crash condition when converting a file into a PDF caused by local file path resolution.
  • Fixed a crash condition caused by a memory leak when backing up very large files in an OnSong backup.

Removals

  • Removed the "Use Looper" option from settings due to limitations in the iOS/iPadOS implementation.
