Th' Add To OnSong action be available throughout iOS/iPadOS anywhere there be content ye want t' add t' yer OnSong library. Here be some apps ye can use with th' Add To OnSong action, savvy?

Enablin'

Th' Add To OnSong action be not displayed by default so ye'll need t' enable it, ye scallywag. T' do this, open th' activities menu in yer favorite apps where ye can AirDrop, open in other apps, or choose actions.

If th' Add To OnSong action be not listed, tap on th' Edit Actions... link at th' bottom o' th' list t' add it and change yer sort preferences. If ye be runnin' an older version o' iOS, ye can swipe th' greyscale icons row t' th' right and tap on th' More button instead, Blimey!

Safari

Ye can import chord charts from yer favorite websites, Ahoy! Just browse th' website and then tap on th' "activities" icon in th' toolbar. Just like tappin' print, ye can just as easily tap th' Add To OnSong action. Th' next time ye open OnSong, th' song will be added t' yer library.

Photos

Ye can select photos and videos within th' built-in Photos app and open th' activities menu by tappin' on th' square with an arrow icon and select th' Add To OnSong action. If yer photo be in portrait orientation or appears t' be paper, OnSong will import th' image into yer song library. Otherwise yer image will be importin' into th' Background Media Library.

Mail

If ye receive file attachments via email, ye can also select them t' view and tap on th' activities menu icon. This will flag those files t' be imported next time ye open OnSong, savvy?

Notes

If ye wrote a song and jotted down ideas within another app, just select th' text ye want t' import into OnSong and then choose th' "Share..." menu option. This will open th' activities menu where ye can choose th' Add To OnSong action. Th' next time ye open OnSong, ye'll have a new song with th' text ye've selected, matey.

Word Processors

Whether ye be usin' Pages or Microsoft Word ye can easily export from multiple formats into OnSong. If th' Copy to OnSong option doesn't appear, just tap on th' Add To OnSong action t' have th' file ye choose importin' into yer library th' next time ye open OnSong. Just remember t' use a supported file format.

GarageBand

Arrr, be ye writin' th' next best backin' track for a song ye plan t' perform? Ye can export th' track from GarageBand and just choose th' Add To OnSong action t' import that MP3 file into yer OnSong Audio Library. From there ye can link th' track t' th' song in yer library.
