Double Tap

Many users be choosin' t' control OnSong usin' foot pedals, matey. In most cases, that be two pedals on th' floor t' keep things simple, savvy? But what if ye need t' do more with less? Double Tap unlocks additional functions by simply pressin' th' same foot pedal twice, Arrr!

Double Tap works with every type o' trigger in OnSong includin' foot pedal presses, screen taps, MIDI input, and sticky notes. This means ye can double yer control, ye scallywag!

T' use Double Tap, ye first need t' be an OnSong Premium member, matey. This gives ye access t' all th' premium features. Next, assign an action t' a trigger as ye normally would, savvy? At th' bottom o' th' Actions Menu, tap on th' Double Tap tab t' assign an different action. That be it! Ye can now tap once with th' original action, and tap twice fer another action, Blimey!

When ye assign a double tap action, th' single tap action will incur a slight delay o' a few milliseconds in order t' determine if a single tap or a double tap be intended. Do not use Double Tap if ye intend t' use a time-sensitive action on th' single tap.
